Payroll

• Preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for 50 to 65 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with preparation and processing of monthly international payroll for 40 to 50 staff members ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Verify W2 time records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data changes and tax information
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for annual audits
• Run payroll reports as needed for Human Resources
• Respond to payroll related inquiries from employees and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure seamless integration of payroll related data
• Assist with year-end payroll processes including W2 preparation and distribution
• Perform other duties as required
