About the role
- manage the ‘develop the solution’ phase of the sales process
- interface with executives on strategy; functional leaders around understanding and improving their current processes; and IT teams around integration and security
- unlock transformational value for banks and credit unions by building the bridge from business goals to value realization
- serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers
- collaborate cross functionally with other orgs, particularly Product, Product Marketing, Account Management and Implementation
- own the RFP process through working closely with AE’s and cross functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience
- experience selling software or cloud based solutions to banks & financial institutions
- experienced with commercial banking processes, ideally including business account opening, loan origination, or related banking solutions
- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite Products, and Salesforce
- comfortable delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations in both physical on-sites and virtual settings.
