About the role
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and drive consensus across teams
- Translate complex business challenges into clear documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements
- Conduct data-driven analysis by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations
- Partner with product managers and engineers to shape feature development and ensure alignment with business outcomes
- Develop visual artifacts (e.g., process flows, wireframes, journey maps) to aid in decision-making and implementation
- Improve product and process performance by identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization opportunities
- Support testing and validation by creating test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Contribute to strategic planning by supporting roadmap discussions with insights and structured documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of related experience or an advanced degree with internship experience
- Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex business problems and solutions
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in or closely alongside Product Management organizations
- Experience navigating competing priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development (preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (preferred)
