About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing the portfolio of projects related to new battery fire protection and emission control products.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, preferably within the automotive supply or battery industries.
- Proven track record in complex project management, ideally coordinating multiple projects in a program approach.
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and industry standards, particularly in the context of battery components.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
