About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage new logo implementation programs through requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment
Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
Cultivate customer relationships through proactive communication, escalation management, and trust building
Ensure deliverables align with customer goals throughout the lifecycle
Coordinate resolution of client-reported issues and milestones across cross-functional teams
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies through “Path to Green” plans
Prepare program status reports and presentations for customers and stakeholders
Mentor team members by sharing expertise and best practices
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve client feature requests and technical issues
Identify improvements to methodology and implementation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years in program/project management in SaaS or financial services
Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios independently
Expertise in program scheduling, risk tracking, and issue resolution
Strong communication, facilitation, and client relationship management skills
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Confluence)
Ability to interpret risks, resolve issues, and align outcomes with client goals
Knowledge of SaaS implementation practices and financial services is preferred
Professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) are desirable
Experience with AI and automation tooling
