Key responsibilities & impact

Own the technical configuration and backend build of customer environments during implementation
Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with best practices
Partner closely with an Implementation Manager (IM) and Activation Engineer (ACTI)
Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using tools such as JSON and Postman
Provide client-facing support when deep functional or technical expertise is required

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in technical implementation, solution engineering, or backend system configuration within enterprise SaaS
Proficiency working with APIs and backend configuration tools (JSON, REST APIs, Postman)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
Strong written documentation skills
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and technical delivery teams
