About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the delivery of Alkami's Business Omni, in-branch, and specialty account type configurations from kick-off through go-live.
Develop and document repeatable, scalable implementation methodologies across account types.
Hire, develop, and lead a team of Implementation Managers and specialists.
Take clear ownership of the in-branch and specialty implementation pipeline.
Serve as an escalation point and trusted advisor for banks and credit unions navigating complex onboarding implementations.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support tracks to unblock deployment issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical delivery ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Direct experience working inside a bank or credit union
Hands-on experience with account opening software
People management experience, or a clear, demonstrated readiness to step into a leadership role.
A structured, process-oriented mind to build the runbook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
