About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and oversight of CXG's annual operating plan
- Leverage deep understanding of Alkami’s platform for strategic decisions
- Partner with Engineering, IT for evaluating and implementing tools
- Collaborate with CXG leadership to define core performance indicators
- Champion the implementation of a single-pane-of-glass view for clients
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Anticipate and mitigate operational risks across projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15 years’ relevant experience in SaaS, FinTech or Banking institution
- 12 years’ relevant experience with advanced degree
- 7+ years of experience in strategic people leadership
- Strong skill set in prioritizing, strategizing, meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings
