About the role
- Facilitate, monitor, and evaluate operational effectiveness of risk and control environment
- Assist in coordination of SOC and PCI audits
- Support ongoing compliance monitoring
- Lead compliance-related projects and assist with project management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 8+ years related experience
- 5+ years of experience driving compliance programs
- Proven experience leading SOC and PCI DSS compliance programs
- 2+ years in digital banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines
- Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CRCM
