About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the implementation of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process at our client
- Analyze, model, and document supply chain-related business processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize processes and define required solutions
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and detailed specifications
- Define and document business rules
- Validate that proposed solutions meet business objectives and participate in implementing process improvements and work procedures
- Participate in defining test scenarios and executing user acceptance testing
- Contribute to change management activities, including communications, training, and supporting teams in adopting new processes and solutions
- Support the project manager in follow-up and accountability activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a business analyst or functional lead in a supply chain environment
- Experience in at least one large-scale development and implementation project for systems related to logistics or procurement
- Experience with SAP modules related to procurement and logistics
- Strong knowledge of planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization activities
- Excellent skills in business process modeling and improvement
- Strong analytical, synthesizing, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different areas and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience with SAP MM, WM, SD, IBP, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience implementing or optimizing S&OP processes
- Knowledge of the energy sector and the BPMN standard (Business Process Model and Notation)
- French: Fluent
