About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform remediation and enhancement work for Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices
- Implement and maintain role-based security profiles across business units
- Contribute to standardizing processes and procedures related to identity and access management
- Carry out tasks required to ensure compliance and updates for directory services
- Collaborate on technology initiatives that require the implementation or evolution of IAM controls
- Submit the results of interventions performed and obtain required approvals
- Work closely with internal teams and various stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, pure sciences, or Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a cybersecurity advisor
- At least 2 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Experience analyzing, managing, and optimizing security profiles
- Knowledge of access governance principles and information security
- Ability to work in complex environments and collaborate with multiple teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience within government or quasi-public organizations and in access governance and compliance contexts
- Knowledge of directory services and identity management environments
- Participation in cybersecurity transformation or optimization projects
- French: Fluent
