About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze the current setup and participate in the migration of Newtest probes to Dynatrace Synthetic
- Design, configure and deploy monitoring probes tailored to critical user journeys
- Ensure configuration, testing and validation of new probes
- Maintain and evolve existing monitoring scenarios
- Oversee application health and contribute to improving availability
- Define and implement monitoring standards, templates and best practices
- Contribute to process automation via scripting and APIs
- Support Feature Teams in adopting observability tools
- Transfer knowledge to enable teams to be autonomous in managing their probes
- Lead technical workshops and produce associated documentation.
