About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and document requirements;
Translate needs into user stories, functional specifications and process diagrams;
Configure Salesforce (reports, dashboards, flows, core customizations);
Contribute to the improvement of financial processes (forecasting, billing, pipeline tracking);
Support data quality, reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs);
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and deployments;
Drive continuous optimization and user adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 5 years' experience as a functional analyst / Salesforce business analyst;
Strong knowledge of core Salesforce features (reports, dashboards, flows);
Understanding of financial or operational processes;
Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Salesforce certification (Administrator or Business Analyst);
Experience with ERP or financial systems;
Familiarity with Agile environments;
French: Fluent
