About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and define the change management strategy for the Salesforce program, ensuring alignment with the program's overall objectives and roadmap.
Define and drive change-related program-level deliverables, including adoption frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategies and readiness plans.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment on processes, impacts and adoption priorities.
Develop and implement communication, training and engagement strategies tailored to different stakeholder groups.
Conduct change impact assessments and define comprehensive readiness and transition plans for stakeholders.
Ensure successful user adoption and the realization of value from Salesforce solutions across business units.
Define, track and report adoption metrics and KPIs, proactively recommending improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 6 years or more of experience in change management or organizational transformation.
Excellent communication, training and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable change plans.
Experience defining change governance models or enterprise-wide adoption strategies.
French: Fluent
