About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and define the change management strategy for the Salesforce program, ensuring alignment with the program's overall objectives and roadmap.
- Define and drive change-related program-level deliverables, including adoption frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategies and readiness plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment on processes, impacts and adoption priorities.
- Develop and implement communication, training and engagement strategies tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Conduct change impact assessments and define comprehensive readiness and transition plans for stakeholders.
- Ensure successful user adoption and the realization of value from Salesforce solutions across business units.
- Define, track and report adoption metrics and KPIs, proactively recommending improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 6 years or more of experience in change management or organizational transformation.
- Excellent communication, training and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable change plans.
- Experience defining change governance models or enterprise-wide adoption strategies.
- French: Fluent
