About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the performance of digital initiatives using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and produce KPI-based reports;
- Continuously optimize digital content (structure, prioritization, prominence) and initiatives to improve performance;
- Define strategies related to commercial operations (promotions, launches, content, etc.) in collaboration with digital teams;
- Develop quarterly go-to-market plans for the website with marketing teams;
- Coordinate the production and publishing of content (visual and written) with agencies, designers, and copywriters;
- Collaborate with partner teams (SEO, content optimization and emerging search and AI practices, media, relationship marketing, social media, etc.) to ensure visibility, consistency, and quality of the content experience;
- Plan and coordinate the rollout of digital initiatives according to timelines;
- Anticipate development needs required to implement strategies;
- Validate the quality of live deployments for commercial operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or E-commerce;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment;
- Experience in digital strategy and performance optimization (including SEO, digital content optimization, and familiarity with emerging search practices such as generative AI);
- Proficiency with web analytics tools and the ability to use data to guide decision-making;
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating stakeholders;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Rigour, autonomy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
