About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect and analyze business requirements related to Guidewire solutions (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter);
Write functional requirements, user stories and associated documentation;
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements;
Participate in workshops, Agile ceremonies and demos;
Maintain requirements traceability and validate delivered solutions;
Support UAT and assist users with solution adoption;
Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in business analysis;
Hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter);
Experience in the insurance industry;
Good understanding of insurance business processes (underwriting, claims, billing);
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills in:
requirements analysis and modeling;
writing functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria);
stakeholder management.
Analytical mindset, solution-oriented.
French: Advanced
English: Intermediate
