Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Human Resources, Management, Computer Science, or related discipline;
Experience in sourcing and talent research, ideally with candidates based in North American markets;
Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, ATS);
Ability to analyze market data and recommend effective approaches;
Ability to engage passive candidates;
Excellent organization and communication skills;
Comfortable working with international teams.
Extra edge
Experience in consulting or in an IT headhunting/search firm, notably as a researcher;
Knowledge of AI solutions applied to sourcing.
