About the role

  • As a Sourcing Specialist (Talent Attraction), you will support Quebec teams in identifying and pre-screening qualified IT talent.
  • Your role will consist of identifying, attracting and engaging specialized talent to build effective pipelines, combining market analysis, targeted sourcing strategies, advanced tools and artificial intelligence.
  • You will work closely with Talent Attraction Advisors and contribute to the success of mandates while ensuring a professional and human candidate experience.
  • You will conduct proactive sourcing activities, evaluate applications thoroughly and support candidates early in the process.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Management, Computer Science or a related discipline;
  • Proven experience in sourcing and talent research, ideally in Canada or North American markets;
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, ATS);
  • Ability to analyze market data and recommend effective approaches;
  • Organized, strong communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates;
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with international teams;
  • Experience in consulting or in an IT headhunting agency, notably as a researcher;
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence solutions applied to sourcing;
  • French: Fluent
  • English: Intermediate
