About the role

  • Own the roadmap, backlog, and strategy for the assigned product line.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and market relevance.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define quarterly goals.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Use analytics and feedback to evaluate product success, identify opportunities, and prioritize improvements.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on product direction, status, and key metrics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or mobile application environments.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving an existing product or product line.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in safety, compliance, construction tech, or inspection/audit software.
