About the role
- Deliver compassionate and seamless service to valued members
- Build caring connections and advocate for the member
- Resolve member inquiries and take personal responsibility for interactions

- Participate actively in ongoing coaching and learning
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or member support experience, preferably in healthcare and/or Medicare Advantage.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Relevant college coursework or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Bilingual Spanish (Read, Write, Speak)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- On camera presence for training and meetings
- Workspace must be free of distractions and able to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
