About the role
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
- Collect and document business and technical requirements for IT projects and enhancements
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
- 3-5 years in the Healthcare industry, preferably Payer experience
- Experience creating process documents, requirements, and user stories.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
