- Own end-to-end product strategy for key AVA platform domains
- Drive product strategy and translate business needs into optimized technical solutions
- Champion AI-enabled automation and intelligence
- Partner with business and optimization teams to identify high-impact capabilities
- Mentor product managers and demonstrate best practices
- Drive strategy and roadmap for next-generation operations, clinical, and care coordination apps
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in healthcare product management
- Experience with agile product delivery
- Quantitative usage/product analytics & optimization
- Expertise across multiple health domains
- Strong technical depth in data platforms, API-driven products, solution architecture, and enterprise systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong process improvement expertise (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
