About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full lifecycle talent acquisition process for a variety of roles
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to senior leadership and executives on hiring process
- Lead offer negotiations, including base salary, short- and long-term incentive plans
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market research and networking
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to optimize HRIS systems and recruitment processes
- Deliver clear, concise, and influential communications to senior leaders and executives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- 5 or more years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience, including project, team, or program management
- 3 or more years of demonstrated expertise consulting and guiding senior leadership on hiring processes
- Proven track record utilizing various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy while maintaining strong collaboration across the organization
- Ability to travel up to 30% as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
