About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Aligned’s training and development program for data center system operations.
- Develop new training materials for a wide range of equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with Operation’s leadership team to develop effective training programs.
- Increase proficiency of data center operators for maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations of critical equipment and systems.
- Provide simulated and actual drills to enhance overall incident handling capabilities of Operations Team.
- Ensure minimum safety standards for all personnel.
- Spend significant portion of time writing and reviewing existing training materials, job responsibilities, and identifying training needs and gaps.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with the ability to cross-learn topics from other disciplines such as mechanical and process controls.
- Must also be a skilled communicator using various modes, including writing, verbal, and presentations.
- Prepare training materials for equipment and systems by locating and studying technical manuals, drawings, system descriptions, or other references.
- Prepare training materials for various modes of training, including web based, instructor led, on-the-job, self-study, and laboratory exercises.
- Present instructor-led training for complex technical topics.
- Must display original thinking and creativity and excel at meeting challenges with resourcefulness and innovative ideas.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
