About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Aligned’s training and development program for data center system operations.
Develop new training materials for a wide range of equipment and systems.
Collaborate with Operation’s leadership team to develop effective training programs.
Increase proficiency of data center operators for maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations of critical equipment and systems.
Provide simulated and actual drills to enhance overall incident handling capabilities of Operations Team.
Ensure minimum safety standards for all personnel.
Spend significant portion of time writing and reviewing existing training materials, job responsibilities, and identifying training needs and gaps.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with the ability to cross-learn topics from other disciplines such as mechanical and process controls.
Must also be a skilled communicator using various modes, including writing, verbal, and presentations.
Prepare training materials for equipment and systems by locating and studying technical manuals, drawings, system descriptions, or other references.
Prepare training materials for various modes of training, including web based, instructor led, on-the-job, self-study, and laboratory exercises.
Present instructor-led training for complex technical topics.
Must display original thinking and creativity and excel at meeting challenges with resourcefulness and innovative ideas.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
