Key responsibilities & impact

Source and engage qualified candidates for a variety of roles
Own and prioritize multiple searches and projects
Assist in the creation of programs to drive successful outreach
Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies
Communicate sourcing strategies to HR verbally and in writing
Drive best in class recruiting and onboarding experience
Assist in the development and implementation of new recruiting processes
Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 year sourcing and recruiting across multiple disciplines
Experience utilizing various recruitment tools and systems to identify passive talent in the marketplace
Ability to network and establish effective working relationships
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Flexibility to work evenings as needed
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.
