Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven product initiatives
Develop and launch AI-powered features in areas like intelligent recommendations, conversational AI, and content generation
Collaborate with Product Design to craft intuitive, engaging user experiences
Partner with Data Science to productize AI/ML models using our stack (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Leverage LLMs, code generation, and emerging AI technologies to rapidly prototype and launch new capabilities
Design experiments and interpret data to quantify the impact of AI products and drive iteration
Influence key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on AI priorities
Evangelize AI best practices and contribute to thought leadership
Champion responsible AI practices around transparency, fairness, privacy, and ethics

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience
2+ years building AI/ML-driven products preferred
Hands-on experience leveraging LLMs, code generation, and productizing ML models
Understanding of the evolving AI/ML landscape and its implications for product development
Track record of launching successful 0-to-1 products
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with AI/ML and Engineering teams
Excellent analytical skills and experience with experiment-driven product development
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Passion for helping small businesses succeed through technology
