About the role

  • Design and operate the end-to-end system that moves members through:
  • - Acquisition → Activation → Value Realization → Retention → Expansion → Advocacy
  • - Trial → Paid Conversion → Multi-Product Adoption → Long-Term Network ROI
  • Build lifecycle strategy across product, email, in-app, AI, and community touchpoints
  • Own conversion optimization from free to paid, and from paid to higher tiers
  • Define retention strategy driven by real business outcomes—not vanity metrics
  • Direct the evolution of AI agent workflows, prompts, and behavioral design
  • Turn conversation data into monetization, retention, and expansion leverage
  • Build AI-driven onboarding, activation, and habit-formation systems
  • Define how AI becomes a core revenue and retention engine, not a novelty feature
  • Own the KPI framework across acquisition, activation, retention, LTV, and monetization

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience across growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or revenue marketing
  • Track record of operating inside high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments
  • Experience building and owning a growth system—not just executing within one
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • AI-native: comfortable designing with LLMs, agents, automation, and intelligent workflows
  • Systems thinker who sees feedback loops and compounding advantage
  • Strong writer with clarity, persuasion, and economic precision
  • Fluent moving between strategy and execution, brand and performance, product and marketing
  • Visible bias toward action, ownership, and accountability
  • Founder, early-stage, or zero-to-one experience preferred
  • A desire for real leverage and impact, not just a bigger team
