Engineer

• Release Quality and Build Readiness: Review every engineering release destined for the Decatur floor before manufacturing begins.
• Engineering Liaison: Act as the daily bridge between the St. Louis engineering team and the Decatur manufacturing floor.
• Hydraulic Systems: Support hydraulic circuit design, component selection, and system specification.
• Post-Delivery Engineering Support and Aftermarket: Own the investigation, document findings, and manage outcomes for post-delivery engineering issues.
• Plant-Floor Technical Support: Provide direct support for build questions and engineering decisions on the manufacturing floor.
