• Serve as a credible senior presence on engagements
• Configure and validate complex WFM and UTA rules
• Lead client-facing meetings and working sessions
• Mentor and coach junior and intermediate consultants
• Create and maintain requirements documentation
• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently
• Collaborate effectively with internal project teams and client stakeholders
• Provide best-practice recommendations to clients
