About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead clients through the full UKG Ready implementation lifecycle —from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Configure and optimize UKG Ready Payroll and Core HR modules using best practices.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes and design effective solutions.
- Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and solution reviews.
- Manage testing cycles, data validation, and system acceptance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other consultants on multi-module implementations.
- Provide post-go-live support and best practice guidance to ensure long-term client success.
- Stay up to date on UKG Ready product enhancements and implementation methodologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) implementation experience, especially in Payroll / HR.
- Experience configuring or supporting HRIS / Payroll systems.
- Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and system testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with additional UKG Ready modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, etc.) is a plus.
