About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead clients through the full UKG Ready implementation lifecycle —from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Configure and optimize UKG Ready Payroll and Core HR modules using best practices.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes and design effective solutions.
  • Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and solution reviews.
  • Manage testing cycles, data validation, and system acceptance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other consultants on multi-module implementations.
  • Provide post-go-live support and best practice guidance to ensure long-term client success.
  • Stay up to date on UKG Ready product enhancements and implementation methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) implementation experience, especially in Payroll / HR.
  • Experience configuring or supporting HRIS / Payroll systems.
  • Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and system testing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with additional UKG Ready modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, etc.) is a plus.
