About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead clients through end-to-end UKG Pro WFM projects and UTA migrations
Serve as a credible senior presence on engagements
Configure and validate complex WFM and UTA rules
Lead client-facing meetings and working sessions
Mentor and coach junior and intermediate consultants
Create and maintain requirements documentation, functional design specifications, and project plans
Manage multiple client engagements concurrently
Collaborate effectively with internal project teams and client stakeholders
Provide best-practice recommendations to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing Time & Attendance and Workforce Management solutions
At least 5 years of hands-on UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG UTA experience
Strong understanding of WFM implementation methodology
Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Active UKG Pro WFM certification(s) or commitment to achieving certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
