About the role
- Internal IT Support
- Primary Point of Contact for external IT support provider
- Asset & Access Management
- Track and manage software licenses
- Onboarding/Offboarding of employees
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IT workflows
- Evaluate, recommend, and assist with implementing new tools and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in IT support, asset management, and software procurement
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and Microsoft 365
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
