About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define and deliver Health & Welfare benefit solutions
- Incorporate industry best practices and inclusive employee experiences into solutions
- Identify, assess, and communicate risks related to plan design, compliance, and legislative changes
- Manage requirements gathering, issue resolution, and project timelines
- Serve as a Health & Welfare subject matter expert across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and related benefit plans
- Support requirements reviews, acceptance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition activities, stakeholder readiness, and client support experiences
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Provide leadership with insights and recommendations on client trends, business challenges, process improvements, and innovative solutions
- Advocate for compliance, accessibility, and fair benefit administration practices
- Champion collaboration, inclusion, respect, and belonging
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7 years of Health & Welfare benefits experience in the benefits outsourcing industry
- Professional certifications such as CEBS, ASPA, or related credentials
- 4–5+ years of coaching and people development experience
- Advanced knowledge of Health & Welfare delivery models
- Knowledge of plan administration, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Successful completion of a background check if offered employment
- Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
