About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Solution Architect applies deep 401(k) (Defined Contribution) and benefits admin expertise
- create compelling solutions that bring our value proposition to life
- partners with Sales Executives and Account Executives through all stages of the sales process
- maintain expertise in Defined Contribution admin as well as working knowledge of other Alight capabilities
- assist SEs in the development of prospect sales strategy
- review, update, and provide input on RFP responses
- provide input to product owners – insights and feedback from prospects and Third-Party Evaluators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Defined Contribution administration
- Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution admin and delivery models
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit admin is a plus
- Excellent client communication and consulting skills
