About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Solution Architect applies deep 401(k) (Defined Contribution) and benefits admin expertise
create compelling solutions that bring our value proposition to life
partners with Sales Executives and Account Executives through all stages of the sales process
maintain expertise in Defined Contribution admin as well as working knowledge of other Alight capabilities
assist SEs in the development of prospect sales strategy
review, update, and provide input on RFP responses
provide input to product owners – insights and feedback from prospects and Third-Party Evaluators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience in Defined Contribution administration
Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution admin and delivery models
Knowledge of Defined Benefit admin is a plus
Excellent client communication and consulting skills
