Manage a team of senior Product Managers and Product Owners
Define and drive the product strategy for Reimbursement Account Solutions, Verification Services Solutions, and Compliance Solutions
Ensure alignment between product, technology, operations, compliance, and client delivery teams
Oversee large, complex, multi-year product initiatives across cross-functional teams
Develop a deep understanding of client and member needs within benefits administration

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in benefits administration or employee benefits
Proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise product initiatives
Experience managing and developing teams of senior Product Managers and Product Owners
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across functions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or corresponding experience required.
