develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
collaborate to execute programs that drive business growth and customer advocacy
lead client teams to deliver large, complex communication projects
plan the development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns
stay current with communication trends and demonstrate fluency with delivery channels
consult with select clients at the senior HR level
create and nurture client relationships and become a trusted partner
address client needs with creative strategy and technology
help build cohesive, high-impact teams
identify and pursue business development opportunities
create proposals and advance sales initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

exceptional verbal and written communication skills
10+ years of relevant work experience
higher level of education in a related discipline
compelling communication material writing for a variety of audiences
excellent organizational and project management skills
impressive internal and external communication skills
ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions
ability to assimilate source materials and input from subject matter experts
software fluency, including the Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
demonstrated presentation, business development, and selling skills
able to travel (up to 15%)
