About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage a portfolio of carrier relationships as the primary operational contact
- Lead and deliver mid-sized projects independently; support larger initiatives as needed
- Handle escalations, analyze data, and drive resolution on complex issues
- Partner with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Support both day-to-day operations and new implementations
- Gather requirements, support UAT, and validate system updates and enhancements
- Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Ensure accuracy, performance, and SLA alignment across deliverables
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
- Provide guidance and support on escalated operational issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis/querying
- Understanding of operational workflows and process dependencies
- Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors
- 2+ years in an analyst or similar role
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Medicare experience is a plus
