About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • handling increasingly difficult and complex assignments/solutions
  • formally supporting the Team Manager as a leader on your team
  • support operational planning and act as the primary member facing contact on client accounts
  • serving as the dedicated Health Pro communicator on client accounts
  • providing leadership support for filling in for Team Manager as needed
  • mentoring Health Pros to improve their delivery for clients
  • acting as a patient advocate daily by representing the patient from all angles of the healthcare industry
  • conducting provider research, producing quality care recommendations, cost comparisons, and medical bill processing analysis
  • initiating process improvements and the development of training content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be a Senior Health Pro Specialist or Health Pro Consultant for at least 1 year
  • Be a Health Pro Specialist for at least 1.5 years
  • 3 years’ experience in a benefits-related role or Bachelor’s, Associate’s
  • Able to work independently while providing support in a team environment
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess ability and desire to learn continually in a changing environment
  • Be a critical thinker and problem-solver
  • Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines
  • Able to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in dynamic and evolving environment
