About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Unique role opportunity where one will serve as a Health Client Analyst on the client’s H&W team.
Collaborate with internal Alight client team members while taking work direction directly from the client for their health plans.
Work on a variety of items including but not limited to account quality assurance and corrections, special projects, data analysis, etc.
Providing subject matter expertise to clients, using that expertise to support.
Working through employee escalated situations coming through to our client’s internal Benefits department.
Working in an integrated manner with the client’s health admin and advocacy teams.
Developing and maintaining and data requests.
Utilizing companies' suite of tools to manage deliverables, requirements storage and handoff.
Communicating and maintaining project milestones and tasks developed based on deliverables.
Identifies and communicates internal and external deliverable risks.
Tracking and resolving open items timely; managing client deliverables.
Participating effectively in client status meetings and client team and health plan meetings.
Developing a trusted relationship with our client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Possess Undergraduate or equivalent work experience required.
Possess TBA and health plan provision knowledge.
Maintain analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with varying milestones, timeline, and deadline.
Show Curiosity along with an ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Able to adapt to changing priorities & be effective in a fast-working environment.
Need previous experience caring for customers and working in a cross-functional, global team is ideal.
Able to show continued professionalism.
