What you’ll need

5 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent
Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C-Suite Executives and key Client/Broker contacts
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience managing pricing and financial models
Ability to partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify expansion opportunities
Experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies
