About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for strategy, management, and retention of a high-revenue client portfolio
- Fostering strategic relationships with clients and brokers
- Collaborating with Solutions Delivery team to ensure smooth transition from Implementation to Service
- Advocating for business readiness and client success
- Consulting with clients on best practices to increase product adoption
- Owning the Account Health strategy for assigned client accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent
- Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C-Suite Executives and key Client/Broker contacts
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing pricing and financial models
- Ability to partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify expansion opportunities
- Experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies
