About the role
- Collaborating with Product Leadership to align product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution objectives
- Translating strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams
- Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business goals and stakeholder feedback
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to support team delivery
- Clarifying business rules, workflows, and edge cases to ensure high-quality product development
- Partnering with QA teams to ensure test cases align with requirements and validate acceptance criteria
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals and requirements
- Supporting enhancements to healthcare navigation solutions by integrating digital tools with human-supported services
- Tracking sprint progress, delivery outcomes, and incorporating user feedback into backlog updates
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within Agile processes and team workflows
Requirements
- Demonstrating 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
- Possessing 3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development
- Building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms
- Delivering user-centered digital products that enhance member and client experiences
- Supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies
- Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product development teams
- Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex requirements
