Collaborating with Product Leadership to align product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution objectives
Translating strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams
Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business goals and stakeholder feedback
Participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to support team delivery
Clarifying business rules, workflows, and edge cases to ensure high-quality product development
Partnering with QA teams to ensure test cases align with requirements and validate acceptance criteria
Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals and requirements
Supporting enhancements to healthcare navigation solutions by integrating digital tools with human-supported services
Tracking sprint progress, delivery outcomes, and incorporating user feedback into backlog updates
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within Agile processes and team workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrating 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
Possessing 3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development
Building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms
Delivering user-centered digital products that enhance member and client experiences
Supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies
Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product development teams
Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex requirements
