7+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline.
exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise.
comfortable with engaging with and presenting to clients.
collaborative efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders.
ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials for a variety of audiences and media.
excellent organizational and project management skills.
ability to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add value.
demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and/or managing people.
accountable for assignments/projects to ensure they’re delivered with excellence and profitability.
experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
