About the role

  • Collaborating with teams to define aesthetics, guide key deliverables, and lead visual concept development.
  • Participating in brainstorming and creative sessions.
  • Managing multiple projects and prioritizing work to manage budgets and meet deadlines.
  • Advocating continuous learning about the creative process, principles and techniques.
  • Managing contract resources and providing art direction expertise.
  • Articulating communication goals and audience needs to internal team and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of design experience and art direction in agency and in-house studio experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and make targeted decisions quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Understanding of the role on project/team, with added value.
  • Presentation, business development and selling skills.
  • High-level understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, digital and emerging trends.
  • Experience in XD (IN5) ideal.
  • Design portfolio with extensive digital work.
  • Knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and print.
  • BFA or BA in related fields.
  • Any HR/Benefits experience relevant to this role.
