- Leads Alight's enterprise AI strategy and delivery
- Guides the full lifecycle of AI enablement
- Builds platforms, standards, and reusable components for AI development
- Delivers practical and sustainable AI solutions with Factory teams
- Ensures predictable, transparent CoE operations
- Creates standards and guardrails enabling safe AI development
- Partners with product leaders to define platform roadmaps
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, platform, or similar technical leadership roles
- 5+ years leading multi‑team or cross‑functional organizations
- Experience scaling enterprise platforms or delivery models
- Understanding of Generative/Agentic AI development patterns
- Experience operating secure, reliable production systems
- Ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable plans
