Design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities supporting healthcare applications and services
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including modules, state management, and CI enforcement
Drive compliance alignment across DevOps processes to meet SOC 2, HIPAA, focusing on access control, auditability, and PHI safeguards
Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability across distributed cloud services
Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams for continuous monitoring
Deliver infrastructure and application deployments during weekend release windows
Enforce and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and technical design reviews
Troubleshoot and remediate complex production issues

Requirements

3+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
At least 3 years hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS
Demonstrate expertise with YAML-based pipelines (multi-stage, reusable templates, variable groups, environments)
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub/GitHub Actions for CI/CD, repository management, and pipelines governance
Proficiency using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Expertise with Azure Cosmo DB, Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS), or GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux)
Experience with observability tools such as Azure Application Insight, New Relic, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch
Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400
