About the role
- Lead the product roadmap for Alight’s leave and absence experience
- Expand and improve the experience for both employee and employer users
- Oversee maintenance of existing solutions to ensure a consistent, compliant, end‑to‑end experience
- Own and advance the product strategy across outsourcing, insourcing, and co‑sourcing models
- Partner with Product Directors and Product Managers to ensure alignment and shared prioritization
- Drive a multi‑year roadmap for experience capabilities
- Manage and refine existing products to minimize client risk
- Maintain roadmap visibility for leadership, engineering, delivery, and client‑facing teams
- Represent the organization at conferences, advisory groups, audits, and client feedback forums
- Develop content, frameworks, and documentation that support thought leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, delivery, and client success to ensure high‑quality execution
- Validate solutions through discovery, prototyping, and user feedback
- Support launch readiness across commercial, implementation, and enablement teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in absence management
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional product initiatives in an Agile environment
- Proven skills in product strategy, user‑centered design, requirements analysis, and competitive assessment
