Develop and execute procurement strategies for software, cloud, and technology services
Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization efforts
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, and licensing terms
Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement solutions
Monitor and manage software licenses, usage, and renewals
Conduct market analysis to inform vendor selection and sourcing decisions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
Proven negotiation and contract management skills
Experience with technology licensing models and software agreements
Understanding of cloud cost fundamentals (AWS and Azure), including commitments, savings plans, and reserved instances
Experience with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
Experience with procurement and contract tools (Workday, Zip, Ironclad preferred)
Familiarity with software lifecycles and vendor management best practices
Foundational knowledge of AI
