About the role
- Design, Implement and manage supplier governance processes
- Lead responding to internal and external audits (SOC, HITRUST) and managing client inquiries pertaining to Alight’s suppliers
- Ensure vendor contract compliance through ongoing monitoring and governance of performance metrics (e.g., SLAs/KPIs)
- Track SLAs, manage monthly reporting, issue demand letters for missing SLAs, and conduct annual/quarterly performance reviews
- Manage policies, processes, and procedures related to external suppliers/service providers
- Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) projects to ensure vendor relationships align with organizational risk standards
- Maintain governance and compliance by developing and updating TPRM frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Assist with training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in audit and supplier risk management
- Significant knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and strategic sourcing
- Proficiency in project planning and visualization tools (e.g., Visio, Mural, Figma)
- Experience with procurement tools such as ZipHQ, Workday or similar
