About the role
- Accountable for overall strategy, management, and retention of assigned book of business.
- Develop and maintain strategic meaningful relationships with clients and brokers.
- Maximize the value clients derive from Alight’s products and solutions.
- Develop trusted relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Solutions Delivery team to ensure smooth transitions.
- Advocate for business readiness and client success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Consult with clients on best practices to increase product adoption.
- Monitor client retention risk and design success plans while advocating for internal collaboration.
- Conduct Quarterly and Annual Client Business Reviews.
Requirements
- 5 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent.
- Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C-Suite Executives and Key Client/Broker contacts.
- Compelling analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing pricing and financial models.
- Ability to partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify expansion opportunities.
- Experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies focused on client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Experience in HR services, business management, disability/absence, and healthcare.
- Professional communication skills, business and financial acumen, and an executive presence.
- Ability to travel to attend internal meetings, client meetings, and industry conferences/meetings as needed.
