About the role

  • Accountable for overall strategy, management, and retention of assigned book of business.
  • Develop and maintain strategic meaningful relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Maximize the value clients derive from Alight’s products and solutions.
  • Develop trusted relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Solutions Delivery team to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Advocate for business readiness and client success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Consult with clients on best practices to increase product adoption.
  • Monitor client retention risk and design success plans while advocating for internal collaboration.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Client Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • 5 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C-Suite Executives and Key Client/Broker contacts.
  • Compelling analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing pricing and financial models.
  • Ability to partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies focused on client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience in HR services, business management, disability/absence, and healthcare.
  • Professional communication skills, business and financial acumen, and an executive presence.
  • Ability to travel to attend internal meetings, client meetings, and industry conferences/meetings as needed.
