About the role

  • Support the design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
  • Develop or revise compensation policies and governance frameworks
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, job families, and leveling schemas in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams
  • Maintain and administer base salary structures, job families, pay grades, and market positioning
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws)
  • Conduct market pricing, job evaluation, and benchmarking using reputable market data sources
  • Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations for salary ranges, new hire offers, and promotions
  • Participate in annual performance review cycles, merit salary increases, and bonus plan administration
  • Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS/compensation management system

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related roles
  • Experience administering merit cycles, incentive plans, and salary planning processes
  • Knowledge of compensation concepts (base pay, pay grades, market pricing, job evaluation, incentive plans, equity, pay equity)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency with HRIS/Compensation tools
  • Advanced / expert Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivots, dashboards)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, WorldatWork CCP/CBP) are a plus.
